It features a clear LCD display for easy monitoring and precise temperature management from 150°F to 400°F, including a dedicated smoke mode. The board offers a high-heat setting for maximum temperature and includes a dual meat probe interface for monitoring internal food temperatures (probes not included). Built for durability with high-temperature resistance, it ensures reliable performance and a long service life. The unit operates on 120V AC and measures approximately 22.5 cm x 7 cm. Package includes one thermostat controller board.
