Plastic-Metal Windscreen Removal Kit

A practical windscreen removal solution featuring two rigid handles combining plastic housing and metal structural elements, plus a 4.7-metre-long 1 mm diameter cutting wire. Handle footprint is approx. 100 mm × 65.7 mm, engineered for palm grip and thumb leverage. The kit operates via reciprocating sawing action to sever cured polyurethane adhesive—standard on all ECE R43-compliant windscreens fitted to UK-registered vehicles. Includes no instructions; professional installation guidance recommended due to safety-critical nature of windscreen removal. All dimensions subject to ±2 mm tolerance from manual measurement.
