PLC-Based Stepper Motor Speed Driver

A highly adaptable stepper motor controller housed in an ABS enclosure measuring 71 x 39 x 26 mm and weighing only 85 g. Designed for universal DC operation from 5 V to 30 V, it delivers smooth speed regulation from 0.1 to 999 RPM. The unit features non-volatile memory that preserves all settings — including speed, pulse count, delay time, function mode (P-1 to P-6), and microstepping subdivision (1x to 128x) — after power cycling. Pulse direction is fully configurable, supporting 1–9999 pulses in either polarity. Delay timing is adjustable in 0.1-second increments across a 0.1–999.9 second range, making it suitable for both fast-response and extended-hold applications.
