This pneumatic chamfering machine chamfers R and C angles, round holes, irregular edges, arcs and straight edges on steel, aluminium, copper, acrylic and wood. The mini deburring, trimming and chamfering tool features an air grinder with 1-5 block valve adjustment and a thickened knob for gear speed adjustment. Chamfering size is adjustable as required. The safety switch prevents accidental contact and ensures safe use. This 45-degree pneumatic mini chamfering machine is lightweight, small and delicate, easy to operate with one hand, and the chamfering size and blade can be adjusted or changed using the matching spanner. C angles are angled and mainly used for metal chamfering. R angles are rounded and chamfered and used in woodworking. Free speed: 30000 RPM. Air consumption: 0.4 per minute. Air inlet port: quarter-inch PT. Trimming capacity: chamfering C0.1 to C1.5, arc corner R0.1 to R1.5, adjustable depth 0.1mm to 0.9mm.
