Mimasa Polenta Corn Semolina is a semolina obtained from the grinding of the corn grain, which has previously been decorticated and degerminated, gone through a calibration process and without the addition of dyes or preservatives. With great energy power and high content of natural vitamins that make it a very nutritious product and of great dietary interest, at the same time that it constitutes a basic element in the cuisine of many countries. It can be taken alone or in the form of special preparations. It is recommended to eat as a main dish or as a side. You can also prepare tasty croquettes with the Milasa polenta, boiling it with less water to get a thicker texture. It can even be a tasty dessert if you boil it with raisins and nuts and sweeten it with Mimasa rice syrup.
