Pork Rillettes with Organic Ham 90 g

Le Bois Jumel's Organic Ham Pork Rillettes are made from French pork, from the group of breeders Bio Direct. The pigs are raised outdoors or in buildings with access to the outside, with food exclusively of organic plant origin. The rillettes are cooked from carefully selected tasty meats. The meat is browned, then cooked for a long time in broth and fat. The Bio Direct pork has a marbled flesh, ideal for obtaining a tasty and spreadable mixture. It is advisable to refrigerate 2 hours before tasting. Ideal to spread, to taste as an aperitif or as a starter, on country bread, with a confit of pink onions from Roscoff. Store at room temperature
