Overall dimensions: 16.5 cm × 10.5 cm × 5.4 cm (6.50 × 4.13 × 2.13 inches). Constructed from a combination of stainless steel and aluminium alloy — selected for mechanical resilience, low maintenance and resistance to workshop environmental exposure. Incorporates two precision-machined saw slots: a 2.6 mm slot on the left and a 1.6 mm steel-lined slot on the right — providing tight blade guidance for straight, repeatable cuts on tubes ranging from thin seat posts to thick front forks. The clamping block is broadened and thickened to maintain grip on high-inertia parts. The bottom features a flat, reinforced vise-mounting surface that supports stable, height-adjustable positioning for accurate alignment with any tube diameter.
