Manufactured from #45 corrosion-resistant carbon steel, this crank puller combines material integrity with functional simplicity. At ~120 mm in length and ~180 g in weight, it offers optimal control and minimal bulk for precise application in confined spaces like home workstands or mobile repair vans. It supports both square taper and ISIS (spline) crank systems — the dominant pre-integrated-spindle standards still widely serviced across the UK and EU. A removable adapter ensures secure fit on cranks with restricted internal threading depth. To use: thread the lower section fully into the crank’s internal thread using a 16 mm wrench or 14 mm hex key; then rotate the silver central screw clockwise until the crank releases smoothly from the bottom bracket spindle.
