Precision Dough Docking Roller Tool

Measures approx. 20.5 cm in length, 13.3 cm in width and 13 cm in height. Composed of high-grade stainless steel for the spiked wheel and responsibly harvested hardwood for the handle. The wheel rotates freely on a fixed axle, enabling smooth, controlled movement across dough. Used to dock — or perforate — dough surfaces prior to blind baking or final bake, minimising shrinkage, bubbling and lifting. Suitable for sweet and savoury applications: fruit tarts, quiches, savoury pies, naan, pita, focaccia and laminated pastries. No assembly required — ready to use straight from packaging.
