Precision Flow Switch With Alignment Arrows

This flow switch replacement is validated for use in selected Sundance Spas, Jacuzzi hot tubs, and Sweetwater Spas manufactured from 2005 to 2020 — excluding the 800 series. It uses a high-impact surgical plastic housing combined with brass wire fully insulated in rubber cable to maintain reliability in wet, high-temperature environments. Connection options include two 0.85 inch hose ports and one 0.4 inch freeze line port, all equipped with curled finger cable connectors for safe, efficient wiring. A transparent viewing window supports real-time assessment of water clarity and flow continuity, while directional arrows are permanently moulded onto the housing to guarantee correct rotational positioning during setup. Once installed, it interfaces with the spa’s control module to display industry-standard flow-related warnings: FLO, FLO2, or flashing FLO. The internal flow path is precisely formed at 3/32 inch diameter; note that certain pre-February 2008 two- and three-pump configurations may require minor manual drilling to achieve full fitment.
