Precision PL Mount Lens Cap ABS

A dedicated lens cap solution built exclusively for PL-mount cinema lenses. Each cap conforms precisely to the 44 mm outer diameter and flat flange profile of standard PL mounts, delivering stable, repeatable coverage. Constructed from rigid ABS plastic with a matte-finish exterior and smooth interior contact surface, it avoids marring lens metalwork or leaving residue. Weighted at ~28 g per unit, the cap remains stable during handling and resists accidental dislodgement. Its geometry allows full coverage of the mount’s aperture opening and surrounding flange area — shielding both glass elements and mechanical interfaces. Suitable for use with ARRI, RED, Blackmagic, and other PL-mount camera systems where lens protection is mission-critical between takes or during equipment staging.
