Programmable Stepper Motor Controller

This single-axis stepper motor controller operates on a wide DC 5–30V power supply and supports common-cathode stepper motors. It measures within standard industrial environmental limits (–5°C to 60°C, non-condensing) and features a durable plastic housing. The module includes an integrated LCD display and supports automatic, manual, setting, and TTL serial port control modes. Key parameters include speed range of 0.1–999 revolutions per minute; forward/reverse pulse count adjustable from 1–9999; cycle count up to 9999; forward/inversion delay time from 0.0–999.9 seconds; and up to 128 programmable motion segments. All settings—including distance, speed, delay, and cycle count—are retained after power-off. The board provides reverse polarity protection and streamlined instruction handling with built-in acceleration/deceleration control. It functions as a standalone unit or integrates into larger PLC-based systems for general industrial automation tasks.
