This set can be easily assembled or disassembled as needed, compatible with Manfrotto 200PL-14, 496RC, 498RC2, 804RC2 A variation of a faster assembly process, this quick release plate can be a good tool for transferring between tripods or devices. It can be used on tripod, monopod and ball head With a load capacity of 3kg and equipped with a rebound lock system and shut-off valve, the pan/tilt base ensures a more stable and secure connection with the camera. There are 3/8'' screw holes at the bottom, which can be connected with 1/4'' to 3/8 nuts and other devices. With the 1/4'' screw and the rotating handle at the bottom, the quick release plate can be manually adjusted to connect the camera or flash.
