Quiet-Slam Prevention Wedge

A 18 × 8 × 3 cm (7.1 × 3.1 × 1.2 inch) door stopper crafted from resilient black plastic. Designed for immediate deployment: simply slide under the door to activate its spring-grip mechanism. Supports gap widths from 0.25 to 3.00 cm (0.1–1.2 inches) and door edge heights up to 6.50 cm (2.6 inches). Fully compatible with hardwood, laminate, tile, and stone flooring — no scratching, marking, or residue left behind. The spring arch compresses slightly on insertion, then rebounds to create constant contact pressure along the door’s lower edge — effectively damping kinetic energy and halting uncontrolled motion before it becomes a slam. Optimised for residential interiors where acoustic comfort matters: nurseries, study nooks, ground-floor flats facing busy streets, and homes with thin internal walls. Ideal for UK renters seeking fast, reversible, and landlord-approved solutions — no tools, no mess, no permanence — just consistent, silent door control wherever needed.
