Description
Rapunzel Quinoa is an organic product of the Quinoa Real variety grown by Rapunzel partners in Bolivia, on the Bolivian Andes. Quinoa has a taste that at times can recall hazelnut and is a cereal that can accompany vegetable dishes, flans, soups or meatballs.
Rinse the quinoa under running water in a colander before starting. Then simmer for 20 minutes, then let it swell for 5 minutes. To cook 250 g of quinoa, use approximately 500 ml of water.
Store in a cool, dry place.
