The two included filter bags utilise a hybrid construction: outer rubber layer resists UV degradation and chlorine exposure, inner cloth mesh provides fine-particle retention, and integrated sponge lining adds cushioned support against internal abrasion. Each bag is fitted with a corrosion-resistant metal zipper and reinforced hook-and-loop flap — tested for over 500 open/close cycles without seam failure. Six flexible hose scrubbers are cut from dense nylon mesh to maximise contact surface area and agitation force, while three universal tires feature non-marking rubber compound suitable for indoor and outdoor pool decks. Compatible with Polaris 180, 280, 360, 380, and 480 models, the kit supports routine upkeep across UK climate conditions — from summer heatwaves to cooler shoulder-season operation.
