Rotating Rubber Sleeve Pipe Stopper

This mechanical pipe stopper uses rotational force to expand dual-layer rubber sleeves against the inner wall of PPR and compatible plastic pipes — creating a reversible, pressure-stable seal without adhesives or external hardware. Supplied in a complete set: three stainless-steel-reinforced heads (1/4", 3/8", 1" nominal), six soft yet resilient rubber sleeves, one precision extractor, and one knurled wrench for controlled tightening. Total weight under 300 g; dimensions allow storage in standard tool rolls. Installation requires only angled insertion followed by clockwise rotation until resistance confirms full sleeve expansion. Maintains seal during hot melt heating and joint cooling phases. Extraction is clean and repeatable. Material selection meets UK WRAS-adjacent suitability for temporary contact with drinking water systems. Widely applied across domestic retrofit projects, new-build plumbing commissioning, and infrastructure repair where internal pipe access is available but external modification is restricted or prohibited.
