Round Cast Iron Grill Press

This round cast iron grill press has a diameter of 17.5 cm (6.89 inches) and a height of 6.5 cm (2.56 inches), offering substantial weight for optimal flattening and heat transfer. Constructed from thick, durable cast iron, it ensures excellent thermal mass and retention. Its grooved underside aids in fat runoff and prevents meat distortion, while the naturally non-stick surface—enhanced with proper seasoning—supports easy release and clean-up. Dual wooden handles are mounted with screws for structural integrity and heat protection. Compatible with all major UK and EU stove types including induction, gas, ceramic, and open-flame grills. Equally at home on a London flat’s induction hob or a Bavarian garden grill, it supports consistent results whether preparing breakfast bacon or gourmet beef patties. Maintenance involves rinsing, drying, optional light oiling, and dry storage—no dishwasher required.
