Roxil 200 Surface Biocide Concentrate 5 Litres

Roxil 200 Surface Biocide Concentrate is a high-strength exterior cleaner designed to kill and remove algae and mould on surfaces like patios, fencing, decking and sheds. Its biodegradable, water-based formulation works fast and is compatible with Roxil Wood Protection Cream and Roxil Patio Cream as part of a longer-term maintenance regime. Just dilute the concentrate with water and apply using a brush, roller or sprayer. Over 1 to 2 days, biological growth dies off naturally and begins to weather away, or it can be rinsed off with water and a stiff brush for quicker results. The clear liquid reaches deep into surface texture, removing contamination and making it easier to clean dirt and grime without damaging the material. One 5L container can treat up to 125 m2, depending on the dilution rate and surface porosity. Use at stronger dilution for heavy contamination, or extend the coverage on lighter growth. Roxil 200 is safe to use on most common building materials and will not harm treated finishes when used as directed. It is ideal for restoring clarity to stone, timber, tiles and other exterior materials affected by biological build-up.
