TEMPERATURE PROBE PARAMETERS - RTD temp sensor probe, 6-3/8 probe length, 47 heat-woven wire length, comes with 1 pc screw and 1 pc nut INSTALLATION AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS - Cut both wires from the old probe and remove the old probe, before pulling it out, tie a knot on the old temperature probe wire and fish the wire through the hole to the controller using the old probe wire. CARE: The tip of the temp sensor probe is cleaned with a damp cloth, ensuring the RTD sensor is accurately monitoring the grill's temperature data
