Cellular protection Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Selenium contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Normal vision Vitamin A contributes to maintaining normal vision. It is recommended to take 1 pearl after lunch, 1 pearl after dinner. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
