Semi-circular RV Hatch Retainer Kit Nylon

This 2-pair retainer kit uses semi-circular geometry and reinforced nylon construction to deliver dependable mechanical control for RV hatch doors. Each retainer measures 8.5 cm × 5.2 cm × 2.3 cm and weighs less than 40 g individually. Total kit weight: 0.15 kg. All mounting screws are included, sized for standard hatch bracket threading. The retainers install at the hatch pivot zone to constrain rotational travel — preventing dangerous over-extension, protecting hinges and seals from strain, and eliminating unexpected closure due to wind or vehicle tilt. Their curved form engages smoothly with rotating components, offering progressive resistance rather than abrupt stoppage. This supports gentle, predictable operation whether parked on sloped driveways or travelling at motorway speeds. Compatible with a broad spectrum of RV makes and models sold in the UK and EU, including both newer generation integrated units and legacy designs. No calibration or adjustment needed post-installation — functions immediately as a passive safety and durability upgrade.
