SKIIP23NAB12T4V1 IGBT Module

IGBT Power Module for Industrial Drive Applications This IGBT module is supplied as a single unit and is designed for use in power conversion and motor drive systems. The module is identified by the part numbers SKIIP23NAB12T4V1 and SKIIP24NAB126V10, which correspond to the same physical component. It is suitable for engineers and technicians working on industrial electronics who require a reliable replacement or spare part for existing inverter or converter stages. Technical Characteristics The module is built around insulated-gate bipolar transistor technology, offering efficient switching performance for medium-power applications. Its compact module format is intended for straightforward integration into existing circuit layouts, helping to minimise downtime during maintenance or repair work. The part numbers printed on the unit allow for easy cross-referencing with your current component. Application Notes This IGBT module is commonly used in variable speed drives, uninterruptible power supplies and other industrial power electronics equipment. When fitting the module, ensure that the surrounding circuitry and cooling arrangements match the original specification to maintain reliable operation. Please verify the exact part number against your existing module before ordering to confirm compatibility with your system.
