This slotted folding leather edge press is engineered for controlled, repeatable edge finishing. Constructed with a dense hardwood handle and hardened steel blade components, it measures 138 mm long with a 23 mm handle diameter and weighs only 65 g. Its defining feature is the continuously adjustable slot: users can set the working width anywhere from 1.5 mm to 20 mm using the intuitive sliding mechanism. Three bevelled end caps (0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm) are included to shape edges with graduated softness or definition. The collet system secures the blade axially and radially, guaranteeing stability and vertical consistency with every press — critical for symmetrical folds and even creases on stitched leather pieces.
