Active grille shutter actuators featuring a compact and waterproof intelligent BLDC stepper motor provide precise and reliable regulation of airflow into the engine compartment. These actuators enable optimal integration for adjusting the louvers behind the radiator grille, improving aerodynamics and optimizing engine thermodynamics while helping reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. The brushless actuators are highly compact, fully waterproof with IP6K7 rating, RoHS compliant, and designed for reliability with an integrated compact gear train. As an easy-to-use actuator, it offers fully programmable control and can be directly connected to the engine control unit via simple PWM signals or bus communication. Material: ABS. Color: As shown.
