An integrated stepper motor driver and controller designed specifically for 42 mm and 57 mm frame stepper motors. Overall size: ~12.5 cm × 8.5 cm × 4.5 cm; weight: ~280 g; body material: flame-retardant black plastic. Combines driver stage, motion controller, and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) on a single PCB — operates autonomously without external microcontrollers or driver expansion boards. Features include a monochrome LCD display, tactile Forward and Reverse buttons, analogue-style rotary knob, and mode selection switch. Offers 13 preconfigured motion modes. Configurable via front panel: time delay between steps, rotational speed, angular step size (e.g., full/half/microstep equivalents), and target displacement. Supports both manual incremental control and fully autonomous cyclic operation. LCD dynamically updates with current speed, programmed delay, and running cycle time. Settings persist after power loss thanks to embedded memory. Used in applications requiring dependable, repeatable single-axis motion — including laboratory instrumentation, packaging prototypes, and teaching kits for mechatronics education.
