Features: Retrofit module for soft start of machines and power tools 230V with a current load of 15A (3450W) Version with 2 connecting cables - dustproof, closed at the back By installing the soft start module, the machine no longer starts so abruptly, but reaches full speed only a short time after switching on (approx. 1-2 seconds). The engine is therefore much less stressed when switched on. This protects the bearings/gears and extends the life of the moving parts. The starting current is reduced by installing the starting module and the machine starts smoothly. This usually prevents the fuse from blowing when it is turned on. Due to its small design, the module can be easily placed in almost any enclosed machine or power tool. Note: The soft start module is only suitable for brushed motors (with carbon brushes).
