Solid Brass Filter Air Release Valve

A solid brass air release valve designed exclusively for integration into Jandy-branded pool and spa filtration equipment. Dimensions, weight and insertion profile align precisely with R0357200 OEM specifications; surface machining ensures smooth engagement with factory-installed rubber or EPDM seating surfaces. Material density and grain structure reflect industrial-grade brass billet — not cast or sintered substitutes — delivering consistent mechanical response over time. Its core function is to relieve trapped air from the upper chamber of cartridge, DE and sand-compatible Jandy filters, thereby stabilising pressure gauge output and preventing air-bound flow paths. The valve’s passive design activates only under positive air pressure differential, closing fully when system pressure equalises — no moving parts or external actuation required. Fully compatible with Jandy DEV, DEL, CV, CL and JS product lines, including JS Se Edition 2. Installs in seconds via firm hand press — no torque tools, thread tape or sealants needed. Cleaning involves only rinsing with fresh water; no disassembly required.
