Solid Dental Putty Polyurethane

This solid dental putty is made from medical-grade polyurethane, measuring approximately 3 mm in particle diameter before melting. Each pack contains multiple small white particles (no fixed count per unit, but typical use requires ~12 particles per application). The material softens at ≥62°C hot water, transforming into a pliable, clay-like paste within seconds; it becomes semi-transparent after ~60 seconds of heating, allowing precise shaping. Once cooled to room temperature — or accelerated with cold water rinse — it fully hardens into a durable, stable dental form. Its surface can be gently smoothed with fine sandpaper after hardening. The finished piece has a natural appearance and a soft, skin-friendly texture that minimises oral discomfort and foreign-body sensation during wear.
