Solid Wood Sushi Block Maker

Compact 12.5 × 7.5 × 5 cm rectangular press weighing ~280 g. Built from a single piece of seasoned, foodsafe hardwood with smooth, tactile grain and no joins or seams in the pressing chamber. Engineered to convert loose sushi rice and layered ingredients into dense, cohesive blocks with minimal lateral spread. Maintains shape integrity through repeated use without swelling, cracking, or warping under normal kitchen conditions. Works with both warm and cooled rice, nori, and common fillings like smoked salmon, avocado, or umeboshi — requiring no pre-wetting or greasing before use.
