This bundle contains 2 packs of SoluGuard Multi-Surface Biocide (5L) – application rates will vary depending on surface porosity. SoluGuard Multi-Surface Biocide is a high-strength surface cleaner designed to remove and control biological growth across a wide variety of indoor and outdoor surfaces. Effective against algae, lichens, fungi and mould, it is suitable for use on brickwork, patios, render, concrete, stone, wood, roof tiles, plastic, PVCU, internal walls and even gravestones. This product is supplied ready to use with no mixing required. It can be applied with a sprayer or brush and is suitable for areas ranging from masonry and paving to smooth surfaces like plastic or paint. Application coverage will vary depending on surface porosity, with 1 litre treating between 2 and 20 m2. A 5 litre pack offers up to 100 m2 of treatment. After allowing the biocide to work for 72 hours, the surface should be rinsed thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining debris. Where suitable, a pressure washer can assist with this final clean-down. SoluGuard Multi-Surface Biocide features low odour and non-flammable properties for safe use in residential settings. It does not stain treated surfaces and dries quickly in dry weather. Although suitable for internal and external use, it is not designed for treating wet rot, dry rot or wood-boring insect infestations. In such cases, a purpose-formulated wood treatment should be used instead.
