- Excellent thermal insulation inner layer: aluminum film plus pearl cotton, tight and neatly stitched, will not burst the bag, meticulous workmanship, long-term insulation for hot and cold use. - Precise temperature control: a temperature control meter with 0.1 C accuracy. Set PO to 24 C, P1 to 33.4 C. The meter shows 24 C, the indicator light is on for normal heating, and when 33.4 C is reached the indicator light turns off and heating stops. P1 > PO indicates heating mode. - No peculiar smell: this unit produces no unusual odor and does not affect the flavor of food during fermentation. Built-in 75 C thermal protection prevents excessive heat retention and enhances safety. - Double-sided heating pad: front is black waterproof fabric for dirt resistance, back is white insulation cotton to reduce heat loss. The heating pad is washable; do not submerge the interface or other parts in water. - Applications: ideal for yogurt or dairy fermentation with controlled temperature; suitable for vegetable fermentation such as kimchi, sauerkraut, or pickles; also applicable to beverages or starter-culture fermentation (eg, kombucha or similar).
