SPD or platform pedals can be switched as you like. Three bearings built into the pedals: Three high-speed bearings are built into the pedals to improve stability and make riding easier. Non-slip steel cleats stainless steel: stainless steel cleats on both sides of the pedal for firm support, rounded surface, non-invasive, non-slip, removable and replaceable when worn. Waterproof and dustproof: the protective cover for anti- Aluminum dust is weather resistant and the pedals are aluminum, so you don't have to worry about rusting. Markings for left and right foot: the outer layer of the pedal shaft is marked. The left foot and the right foot are with the letters L means left foot, R for right foot.
