The controller offers two speed modes: (1) Low speed mode – up to 20km/h (factory default). (2) High speed mode – up to 38km/h. Installation Steps 1. Turn off the scooter. 2. Remove the four screws located under the display on the stem. Keep these screws for reassembly. 3. Open the stem cover. Locate the display and the connected wire with a middle connector. Unplug the connector. 4. Insert the controller between the display and the wire, ensuring proper alignment and avoiding damage to internal pins. 5. Place the controller in the center of the stem and reinstall the four screws. 6. Press and hold the power button on the Bluetooth board to turn on the scooter. 7. Press the brake lever three times, then press the throttle three times. The controller will display "38", indicating the update process has started. Do not operate the scooter during this time. Wait until the display shows "0", indicating completion. Turn off the scooter, then restart. The scooter should now reach speeds up to 38km/h. Test accordingly.
