Our springform crown mold is perfect for baking your savarins. This 24 cm diameter pastry mold can be used to make savarins or round cakes. Thanks to the hinge, unmolding is very easy, just open it to unmold the cake. TIPS: This cake and savarin mold is not dishwasher safe. Do not cut directly into the savarin mold and grease it before pouring the preparation into it. Let the cake cool for at least 10 minutes before unmolding. Our mold is heat resistant up to 230°C. COMPOSITION: Stainless steel with non-stick Teflon coating. DIMENSIONS: 24 x 24 x 6.5 cm. CONTENTS: 1 x springform pan and; hinged 24 cm.
