Squat & Stretch EVA Wedge Pair

A pair of 15 × 12 × 5 cm EVA foam wedges designed for dual-purpose functional training: enhancing squat and deadlift technique while doubling as a slant board for targeted calf stretching. Their uniform density ensures predictable, repeatable support — critical for building neuromuscular consistency across training sessions. The material’s inherent shock absorption softens impact during dynamic movements, while its firm rebound preserves ground connection and force transmission. By elevating the heels slightly, the wedges help shift weight distribution toward the mid-foot, engaging glutes and hamstrings more fully and reducing excessive lumbar flexion. As a stretching platform, they provide graduated incline options depending on foot placement — supporting both beginner and advanced flexibility progressions. Black EVA finish offers subtle visual cohesion across training spaces without distracting branding or logos.
