A purely mechanical, battery-free length counter built for durability and reliability in industrial environments. Constructed from metal and plastic, it measures approximately 160 mm in length and weighs only what’s needed for handheld or benchtop use. Its dual-wheel configuration provides balanced traction and minimises lateral skidding during operation on flexible sheet materials such as textiles, printed vinyl, and synthetic leather. The counter displays values from 1 to 99,999 meters at speeds up to 200 counts per minute. Once initiated, it locks after three full rotations to prevent rollback — requiring manual reset to zero to begin a new measurement cycle. Accuracy is maintained within ±1–3 cm under standard usage conditions.
