Stainless Downpipe Screen 83mm

Fits downpipes measuring 83 mm outer diameter (75 mm inner diameter); crafted from corrosion-resistant stainless steel with deliberate thickness enhancement for resilience against impact, thermal cycling and environmental wear. Features central aperture for unrestricted water discharge alongside peripheral triangular buckles that anchor securely upon insertion. Filters common rooftop contaminants — including maple keys, fern fronds, moss patches and bark shards — before they settle in pipe elbows or soakaways. Installation requires no preparation or ancillary materials — insert manually until buckles engage. Deployed across diverse applications: pitched roof outlets, flat roof scuppers, conservatory floor drains, decking substructure outlets and boundary wall ventilation sleeves — additionally functions as a passive barrier against vermin, airborne grit and nesting material ingress.
