Stainless Julep Strainer Bar Tool

A precision-engineered julep strainer made entirely from food-grade stainless steel. Dimensions: ~12 cm diameter, 85 g weight. Smooth polished surface, evenly distributed perforations, and a gently curved handle designed for secure grip and natural wrist alignment. Functions as a dedicated ice and solids separator during final pour — especially effective with shaken drinks containing crushed ice, muddled mint, or citrus pulp. Prevents unwanted dilution from melting ice entering the glass while retaining full flavour body. Used daily in UK pubs, craft cocktail bars, and home bars across Europe. Fits standard 500 ml mixing glasses and common shaker tins. Designed for durability under real-world conditions — not just display or occasional use.
