Stainless Steel Chisel Planer Sharpener

Dimensions: 18.5 × 6.5 × 4.2 cm; weight: 0.72 kg. Manufactured from solid 304 stainless steel with precision-ground contact surfaces and hardened wedge guide. Features a two-stage clamping system: primary jaw engages tool back, secondary jaw locks against side face — ensuring full immobilisation. Angle adjustment is achieved via indexed lever with four preset positions (20°, 25°, 30°, 35°), each confirmed by audible click and visual alignment mark. Compatible with chisels (12–38 mm) and plane blades (up to 3.2 mm thick). Designed for use on flat abrasive surfaces including diamond plates, ceramic rods, and water stones — no external power or consumables needed. Validated with UK-sourced hardwoods including English elm, chestnut, and green oak where edge consistency determines success in green woodworking applications.
