Exact dimensions: 8.0 × 7.7 × 4.3 cm (±0.1 cm tolerance). Density: 0.9 g/cm³ — lightweight yet stiff enough to resist deformation under hand pressure. Surface finish: matte-textured PP to enhance grip without trapping residue. Each unit undergoes vacuum-pressure testing post-moulding to verify cavity integrity and slider smoothness. The concave top die depth is calibrated for 40–50 g dough portions — aligning with standard UK household portion sizes and typical steamer capacity per layer. Suitable for vegetarian, halal and vegan preparations — contains no animal-derived additives or coatings. Easily sterilised with boiling water for allergy-sensitive households. Stores flat or upright; compatible with magnetic knife strips using optional adhesive backing (not included).
