Strong Pull Force Acoustic Grill Mesh

A robust, black open-cell sponge mesh designed specifically for speaker grill applications and industrial filtration. Available in four variants: 3mm (40pp thick / 60pp fine) and 5mm (40pp thick / 60pp fine), with sheet sizes of either 2m × 1m or 2m × 1.5m. Each variant maintains high tensile strength, elasticity, and consistent airflow permeability. Its low resistance to air movement supports thermal regulation in speaker cabinets, while its sound-absorbing properties reduce cabinet resonance and front-panel diffraction. Tested for repeated washing without performance loss, it also serves reliably in air filters, oil filters, and ceramic foam filter production — backed by stable chemical resistance and mechanical endurance.
