Sturdy Metal Timer Phone Lock Box

External dimensions: ~15 cm × 10 cm × 6 cm; weight: ~380 g; internal volume sufficient for smartphones with cases, smartwatches, or small tablets (e.g., iPad Mini). Housing formed from cold-rolled steel with corrosion-resistant coating; interior surfaces finished with soft-touch plastic to prevent device scratches. Locking sequence requires deliberate physical action — rotate timer, close lid, hear audible engagement — then wait for automatic release. No software dependencies, no Bluetooth, no cloud integration. Designed with UK lifestyle realities in mind: supports A-level students resisting notification distractions, shift workers protecting sleep hygiene, or couples reclaiming quality time — all through a simple, honest, non-invasive intervention.
