Unlike standard screws and bolts, these threaded wood insert T-bolts won't easily come off or overtighten. Easy to Use: Measure and cut your bolt groove or use a pre-cut t-track that matches the head size of your t-bolt. Once the track is established, you can easily slide the t-bolt into place and use a knob or t-nut to tighten and hold the bolt in place.
