The voyage -- or just a drift

Life is a voyage - sometimes charted, sometimes adrift. in the voyage - or just a drift?, dr. prasadarao gandlur invites readers to explore the mysteries that lie between birth and death, memory and forgetting, body and soul. through stories drawn from lived instances - a child who recalls another life, a washerwoman who defies death and returns, an retired army officer who remembers his sojourn in the astral world and some encounters with the ones who linger on in the world - the narrative unfolds across cultures, scriptures, and lived testimony. the story also reflects the longing of a father for his son who has just gone ahead. from the eerie voices of a séance to the caution of a monk's wisdom, the book balances philosophy with human experience. are these fragments of imagination, or glimpses of something greater? do we merely drift, or are we steered by unseen currents? the voyage is not a story told-it is a journey remembered. through the eyes of dr. siva, a gentle physician drawn into mysteries beyond medicine, we encounter lives that echo across time. each chapter unfolds like a ripple on water-quiet, luminous, and deep. blending poetic cadence with philosophical inquiry, the voyage explores what lies beyond the visible: memory as a current, death as a crossing, and love as the thread that binds all shores. this is not a book of answers. it is a book of crossings.
