Thickened Trilobal Spa Filter

Dimensions: standard 6CH-940 size (exact measurements not provided in source; verify against original filter). Weight: not specified. Capacity: designed for residential spa/hot tub circulation systems requiring regular filtration of warm water. Material: polypropylene (PP) construction with thickened advanced trilobal fabric, reinforced end caps, and enhanced centre core. The filter uses a high-surface-area trilobal fibre weave to capture fine debris and organic contaminants more effectively than standard spun-bond fabrics. Reinforced end caps resist cracking or splitting during handling and cleaning. The strengthened central core maintains structural integrity under repeated pressure cycles and backwashing, contributing to extended service life. Intended for use in compatible hot tub models including PWW50, FC-0359, 6CH-940, and Waterways 817-0050. Cleaning is simple: rinse thoroughly with a garden hose nozzle until the filter cloth returns to its original white appearance. Recommended cleaning interval is every 1–2 months depending on usage frequency and water conditions.
