Produced in Sicily, Italy, our pasta is handcrafted, with the highest quality raw materials, to guarantee a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product. \nWe use only Russello wheat semolina, for semolina pasta, or Timilia wholemeal wheat semolina, for wholemeal pasta, because it is rich in nutrients, GMO-free and with an easily digestible gluten. \nOur bronze-drawn pasta is dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics. \nINGREDIENTS: ORGANIC DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA, mineral water. \nContains GLUTEN.
