things we box to not remember is a personal collection of thoughts, quotes and poetry about life experiences, love, relationships and overall mental health. it touches on topics that we tend to hide away even from ourselves in order to avoid facing them. but just because we don't face them, doesn't mean it's not there consuming space. the sooner we start to unbox the things we don't talk about, the sooner we'll allow ourselves to live more freely. thank you for allowing me to share this. i appreciate everyone who is on this journey with me. as always, please continue to keep an open mind and spread love. note: independently published ;
