Top-to-Bottom Chimney Cleaning Kit

A purpose-built chimney cleaning kit for UK homeowners, containing 9 flexible rods (410 mm each) and 1 x 100 mm nylon brush head. Rods are made from durable, non-corrosive polymer and feature smooth, rounded ends to prevent snagging inside flue liners. The brush head’s nylon bristles are rated for sustained exposure to residual flue temperatures and resist hardening or fraying after repeated use. Compatible with standard electric drills, the system enables effective top-down cleaning (from roof or loft) or bottom-up cleaning (through fireplace opening), adapting to home layout and user capability. Rods assemble and disassemble in seconds using a positive-lock push-fit mechanism. All components are lightweight and stackable for convenient storage. Meets functional expectations for DIY chimney upkeep in accordance with UK government guidance on solid fuel appliance safety.
