Transparent Metatarsal Support Pads

Five pairs of ultra-thin, transparent metatarsal and heel pads for women, constructed from soft polyurethane gel and covered with a fine woven cloth layer. Each pad is approximately 6.5 cm long and 3.5 cm wide, lightweight and flexible enough to conform comfortably to foot contours. Intended for daily wear in tight-fitting or elevated footwear where pressure builds at the forefoot and heel. Easy to apply and remove thanks to reliable, non-damaging adhesive — works equally well in leather, synthetic and fabric-lined shoes. Designed for UK and European foot shapes, offering consistent support across standard UK shoe sizes 3–8 (EU 36–41).
